Dayna Martin

Dayna Martin is a
passionate Radical Unschooling Advocate who promotes peace
through encouraging kindness and acceptance. Dayna is the proud
mother of Devin 10, Dakota 8, Ivy 4 & Orion 1. She has also been
happily married to Joe for 14 years. The Martin family lives in
the White Mountains of NH.
Dayna is a passionate public speaker and freelance writer. She
and Joe became "Unschooling Celebrities" when they appeared as
the featured guests on the Dr. Phil Show in 2007, sharing the
Joys of Unschooling & respectful, peaceful parenting. Creating
her YouTube video series has been a unique avenue of
advocacy viewed by thousands. |

Dayna receives emails daily from people all over the World
interested in learning more about Radical Unschooling. Dayna has
been a La Leche League Leader for 8 years and is also a Natural
Birth Educator, Attachment Parenting mentor and Doula. She
founded The Babywearing Project featured in Mothering Magazine.

Danielle Conger

In a previous life, Danielle
earned her PhD in English while teaching writing and literature
at Penn State University when she took the plunge into
homeschooling her three children, Emily 10, Julia 9 and Sam 8,
and hasn't looked back. Her family of 5 lives on as many acres
with critters too numerous to name. Life on the farm keeps them
busy learning, laughing, and eating lots of good food. Organic
learning and living have become life defining passions that grew
naturally from her journey into motherhood, teaching her more
than she ever dreamed possible.

Marji Zintz

Marji is the incredibly blessed mom of Liam who will be 15
at Conference Cruise time; they live in the lower Hudson
Valley with Liam's dad Jim and Zamm and Autumn, their sweet
and ever-patient cats. Liam, a first-grade drop-out, learns
about his world and himself on his own terms. In addition to
holding a space for unschooling to blossom in her home,
Marji has also created a few on-line community spaces,
including a state-wide group for New York radical
unschoolers, a more regional group for Radical Unschoolers
in the Hudson Valley, and a group for Radical Unschoolers
who also work. Marji, ever grateful for this opportunity to
be Liam's mom, is a musician who is one third of the trio
GaiaWolf.

Josha Grant

Josha Grant is an evolving radical
unschooling mom, blazing joyful trails through this
life, utilizing tools inspired by Byron Katie, Eckhart
Tolle & Abraham Hicks. She lives in Vermont with her
husband and two sons Eliot, 7 & Xani, 10. Josha is
committed to expanding her own capacity to be fully
present, now. Convinced that Radical Unschooling is a
path of life that allows children to maintain their
connection to their True Selves and Source, she is also
certain that it is the ultimate opportunity to surface
conditioned beliefs that keep parents disconnected from
Source. She loves to share with other Radical
Unschoolers, exploring limiting beliefs and reactions,
clearing the road to be paved with Joyful Intention. |

Mik McEwen, MPH

Ms. McEwen has worked in the field of education for 14 years and serves as Vice President of the Connecticut Homeschool Network. Ms. McEwen is a renowned public speaker and has spent the past decade planning, coordinating and facilitating conferences for families. Ms. McEwen has completed her Masters Degree in Public Health and has studied in Guatemala as part of her education. Ms. McEwen is mother to two children who are “life schooled” and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our program. Ms. McEwen brings wit and creativity to any subject she tackles. |
