Criteria for
consideration for creating your own Group Cruise with AotS
Staff:
Number of Cabins

If your request is
made 9 months or more before the cruise:
Must have a
minimum of 4 cabins (with two or more persons in each cabin).

If your request is
made between 7-9 months before the cruise:
Must have a
minimum of 6 cabins (with two or more persons in each cabin).

If your request is
made between 5-7 months before the cruise:
Must have a
minimum of 7 cabins (with two or more persons in each cabin).

If your request is
made less than 5 months before the cruise:
Must have a
minimum of 8 cabins (with two or more persons in each cabin).
Special Needs Guests -
You can have as few as just one
special needs guest amongst all of the
cabins you
reserve (so, for example, if you reserve the minimum 4
cabins, only one special needs guest needs to be in any one
of the cabins). So feel free to invite extended family
and friends...
Deposit

Deposit for the Number of
Cabins (as described above) are
non-refundable.

Acceptance of your request is subject to
Autism on the Sea's availability.
Please Note:
- Deposits are dependant on length of cruise and cruise
line, and are based on 3 people in a cabin
if paid in advance if all 4 cabins do not have names.
- Cabins can be
booked by extended family and friends, and does not have to
include a
special needs individual.

will be given, starting at 8 people booked.

- The sooner you
submit your request prior to cruise date the more likely we
will be able to
accommodate your request within our
schedule. Preferred notice 12-14 months, but we will
do our best with whatever notice you give us...
