Air Fare
on your own
We can help you determine timing of your flights. We
will also be able to offer you information on certain
flights. Please contact us for help and
recommendations.
If you are making your own air arrangements into the
Port area on the same day as the ship sails and returns:
- Flights should arrive
(on cruise departure date) no later than 1:00pm. You must be on the ship by 3:30pm
- Flights should depart
(on cruise return date) no earlier than 12:00 pm
Air Fare through the Cruise Line
(from any city)
If you want to choose airfare through the Cruise Line,
please indicate so on our Booking Form, or call us.
Purchasing airfare through the cruise-line as part of your
cruise has certain advantages. Disney makes it their business to get you to your cruise departure port on time.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
If you need assistance in arranging ground transportation to or from the port,
please indicate so on the Booking Form, or
contact us.
If you are flying into Orlando International Airport, Disney
Ground Transportation is available. This roundtrip
service is included in your Disney purchased airfare, and is
also available to purchase separately, see our
Booking Form.
Ground Transportation includes Disney's "No Handling Luggage
Service", and works as described below:
1. Prior to the start of your vacation, you will receive a
Documentation Packet that includes special luggage tags.
Attach the tags to your luggage and bring the included
vouchers with you to the airport.
2. At your hometown airport, check your luggage as you
normally would at the start of a trip.
3. Upon landing at Orlando International Airport, skip
baggage claim and proceed to the Disney Welcome Center.
Disney will collect your luggage and deliver it to your
cabin on the ship (Domestic flights only).
4. From the Disney Welcome Center, you're off to your Disney
Cruise ship! Board a deluxe, air-conditioned motor
coach, sit back and relax as we chauffeur you to the Disney
Cruise LineŽ Terminal at Port Canaveral.
5. After your cruise has ended, you'll return back to
Orlando International Airport in a deluxe air-conditioned
motor coach.
